The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • -- Any discrepancies in Spirit Wear purchases must be emailed to the Spirit Wear Coordinator within 7 days of receipt of items. Any items marked Final Sale may only be exchanged for another size, and refunds will not be given. PPES PTO is not responsible for shrinkage or wear to any Spirit Wear clothing, stuffed animals or other items.

    -- Scrip gift certificates and Scrip gift cards of a specific participating merchant may be redeemed at the store or website of such participating merchant, subject to that participating merchants terms and conditions. Participating merchants and available denominations of the Scrip gift certificates and Scrip gift cards and locations of participating merchants are subject to change. Scrip gift certificates and Scrip gift cards are not valid for prior purchases, may not be returned, credited or exchanged.

    -- Participating merchants and availability of Scrip cards for the participating merchants are subject to change at any time. Pinnacle Peak Elementary School PTO (PPES PTO) does not assume responsibility or liability for the actions, products, locations or content of any current, former, or future participating merchant.

    -- Redemption of participating merchant Scrip gift certificates and Scrip gift cards is subject to the limitations and rules set by the respective participating merchants and such participating merchant Scrip gift certificates or Scrip gift cards may not be available for use and redemption by individuals located outside the United States.

    -- PPES PTO is not responsible for any expiration periods of Scrip gift certificates or Scrip gift cards, and they are not subject to replacement.

    -- PPES PTO is not responsible for Scrip gift certificates or Scrip gift cards that are lost or stolen after purchase.

    -- If customer receives an incorrect order, customer must notify Scrip Coordinators within 7 days of receipt of the order.

    -- If Scrip gift certificates or Scrip gift cards have been ordered but have not been received by the Customer, Customer must notify Scrip Coordinators as soon as possible.

    -- Unused Scrip gift certificates and/or Scrip gift cards may not be returned to PPES PTO.

    -- PPES PTO reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as needed.
